Mutations are shown in two separate ways on the virco®TYPE HIV-1report. On page 1, a sub-set of Resistance Associated Mutations (RAMS), as reported on public lists ANRS, Stanford, IAS USA or by drug development sponsors), is shown as per the example

On page 2, the entire list of mutations detected versus all amino acid differences from the HXB2 reference sequence, is shown.
