1. Patient and Physician details
2. Drug trade and generic names
3. Measured Fold change in IC5O (FC°, relative to sensitive wild-type virus, and Biological Cut-Off (BCO). The BCO is printed in parentheses.
- If the FC <= BCO, it is printed in green
- If the FC > BCO, it is printed in red
4. Graphical representation of the sample FC and the BCO on a logarithmic scale
- The pale green bar represents the normal susceptibility range of wild-type viruses, i.e. the BCO
- If the sample FC <= BCO, it is indicated by a hatched green bar
- If the sample FC > BCO, but < an established Clinical Cut-Off (CCO), it is indicated by an orange bar. These CCO are only available for selected drugs and obtained from the literature or FDA-approved product labels.
- If the sample FC > BCO and there is no CCO available, or if the sample FC > CCO, it is indicated by a red bar.
